Technical Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and identifying quality candidates across different technology stacks. The role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking
• Perform headhunting and passive candidate engagement
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Understand client requirements and deliver relevant profiles within timelines
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
Required Skills:
• Experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Experience in headhunting and passive hiring
• Good understanding of technical skill sets and technologies
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is preferred
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in recruitment consultancy or corporate hiring is preferred
