About Vantahire
We're a one-year-old startup on a mission to simplify hiring for early-stage companies. We build ATS software tailored for startups and run hands-on recruiting consulting, and a lean team.
We move fast, experiment often, and give everyone real ownership. You'll work directly with the founders, not through layers of management.
This role is for builders, not bystanders. If you want a front-row seat to how a company grows from zero and you're excited to own something rather than just execute tasks you'll fit right in.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end technical hiring sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
- Headhunt via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Cutshort & AngelList.
- Write JDs, conduct telephonic pre-screens, maintain candidate pipelines, and share weekly hiring updates with founders.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years in technical recruiting.
- Experience hiring for startups or product tech companies.
- Strong understanding of SDE, Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and ML roles.
- Proficient in Naukri, Boolean search and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
