🚀 Hiring: Technical Recruiter | US IT Staffing
• Location: Vadodara (Onsite)
• Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Hey everyone,
We’re expanding our team at Unite Computech Info India Pvt Ltd (Vadodara) and are looking for a Technical Recruiter with experience in US IT staffing.
If you enjoy talking to candidates, understanding tech roles, and matching the right talent with the right opportunity — this role might be for you.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Sourcing IT professionals via LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, TechFetch & niche platforms
• Using Boolean, X-ray search & advanced sourcing strategies
• Screening candidates for technical fit, visa terms (W2/C2C), and client requirements
• Conducting structured interviews & pre-screening calls
• Partnering with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill IT hiring needs
• Strengthening employer branding through personalized candidate engagement
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing
✔ Strong understanding of W2 & C2C models
✔ Hands-on with ATS & resume databases
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to understand and explain technical roles clearly
✔ Experience with US state clients (Plus)
