We are a lean, focused team operating with AI-powered internal tools — including our own proprietary ATS (TrueNorth) — to deliver quality placements faster than traditional firms. Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, target-driven IT Recruiter who understands the domestic India IT staffing landscape and is comfortable sourcing high-quality candidates through LinkedIn. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing to screening to submission — for IT roles across our North India client base. This is not a 9-to-5 role; we expect commitment, ownership, and a results-first mindset.
What You Will Do
- Source IT candidates exclusively through LinkedIn (LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator / Boolean search)
- Understand job requirements end-to-end and map the right candidate profiles
- Conduct thorough telephonic/video screening — technical fit, communication, availability, expectations
- Maintain and update candidate data accurately in our ATS (TrueNorth) after every interaction
- Achieve daily and weekly submission targets without compromising on quality
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clients
- Follow up proactively with candidates through the offer and onboarding stages
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for repeat positions
- Share daily EOD reports and activity summaries with the Delivery Director
- Work Saturdays when required — client timelines do not follow a 5-day week
Must-Have Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience in domestic India staffing
- Sourcing experience exclusively via LinkedIn — we do not use Naukri, Monster, or other job boards
- Strong understanding of IT skills, tech stacks, and emerging AI/ML roles and terminology
- Comfortable working with an ATS — data hygiene and process discipline are non-negotiable
- Excellent screening ability — can assess technical fit and communication quality accurately
- Target-conscious — driven by numbers and motivated by closures
- Based in North India — our client base is concentrated in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, and surrounding regions
- Immediate joiner — no long notice periods
This Role Is NOT For You If…
- You have experience only in US IT staffing or international recruitment
- You rely on Naukri, Shine, or similar portals — we source exclusively via LinkedIn
- You are looking for a fixed 9-to-5 Monday-Friday schedule
- You are based outside the specified locations above
- You are not available to join immediately
