About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiter with deep expertise in ATS platforms and proven experience working on MSP (Managed Service Provider) accounts. This role involves hiring for large-scale global technology clients in highly competitive, fast-paced environments.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent while managing strict SLAs, compliance standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across MSP/VMS accounts
- Work on high-volume requirements for global enterprise technology clients
- Deliver quality submissions within tight turnaround times and defined SLAs
- Source candidates through ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
- Perform detailed screening to evaluate technical skills, experience, and role fit
- Ensure error-free and high-quality candidate submissions aligned with client expectations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in ATS systems
- Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication effectively
- Track and improve key recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, closures)
- Ensure compliance with MSP processes, documentation, and reporting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in an MSP/VMS environment
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ceipal, Fieldglass, Beeline, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong understanding of hiring for both technical and business roles, including:
- Program Managers / Technical Program Managers (TPMs)
- Marketing (Performance Marketing, Growth, Digital)
- Content Writers / Technical Writers
- UX/UI Designers
- UX Researchers
- Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and other technical roles
- Experience hiring for large global tech-driven organizations / enterprise clients
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring demands
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control in submissions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting product-based / FAANG-like / large-scale tech environments
- Exposure to hiring across domains like Cloud, Ads, Data, AI/ML, and Product Engineering
- Familiarity with US hiring processes, time zones, and compliance standards
- Strong sourcing expertise including Boolean and advanced search techniques
- Data-driven approach with a focus on performance metrics
