Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Bengaluru North. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including identifying and attracting top technical talent, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the hiring process. The role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, leveraging various recruitment strategies, and ensuring a quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will support strategic hiring objectives by sourcing qualified candidates for technical roles.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and proficient in overall Recruiting processes
- Experience in Technical Recruiting, Hiring, and sourcing for technical roles
- Excellent Communication skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers effectively
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of the technology industry and technical roles is desirable
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
