Position: Technical Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Work Type: Onsite

Job Description

• We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with around 2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely closures.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools/ATS is a plus
