Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with around 2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of recruitment tools/ATS is a plus
