Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Noida, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata & Bhubaneswar.
Hiring Model: Offshore (India) – Supporting Asia Pacific (APAC) Hiring
As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, this offshore‑based role will support IT hiring across Asia Pacific countries. You will play a critical role in building a strong and scalable talent acquisition function at Tech Mahindra, while delivering a consistent and positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles across Asia Pacific geographies from an offshore delivery model.
- Source, screen, assess, offer, and onboard high‑quality technical talent through multiple channels.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and delivery leaders across APAC to understand workforce requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of open positions.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to regional hiring needs and business priorities.
- Drive recruiter productivity by meeting defined hiring SLAs, daily submission targets, and monthly closure goals.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert on Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely data capture in recruitment systems for reporting and tracking key hiring metrics.
- Take ownership of hiring activities and ensure 100% compliance with defined recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies as required to support regional hiring needs.
- Support ad‑hoc hiring initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment drives.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
- Prior experience supporting IT hiring for Asia Pacific countries is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and emerging skills within the IT landscape.
- Hands‑on experience with active and passive sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, including hiring managers, business leaders, and agencies across geographies.
- Comfortable working with hiring targets, including daily submissions and monthly closure goals.
- Confident engaging with a globally distributed and diverse talent pool.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to high standards of integrity.
