We are hiring a IT Recruiter/Technical Recruiter
Experience: 2-6 Yrs

Mode:Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for IT (Primarily focused on Contract-to-hire)
• Sourcing candidates through hashtag
#LinkedIn,#Naukri and Job Portals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial HR discussions
. Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
Managing candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Ensuring smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
• 2- 7 years of experience in#TalentAcquisition/#Recruitment
• Strong experience in#LinkedIn#sourcingand#Naukri
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
