Key Responsibilities: Partner with clients to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
About the Role
Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy. Should be actively involved in the recruitment life cycle, from finding suitable candidates to onboarding them at the client place.
Responsibilities
- Research into clients’ organization, competitors and marketplace.
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications.
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn.
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits.
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process.
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree with excellent communication skills.
- Exp: 4 - 8 Years into IT recruitments.
- Should possess global hiring experience (Middle-east hiring experience will be an added advantage).
- Must have used the latest social media channels as a sourcing platform.
- Should have experience in technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
- Should be familiar with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, reports and trackers.
