💼 Role & Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing → screening → interview coordination → closure)
🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, job portals & referrals
🔹 Conduct initial candidate communication and basic technical screening
🔹 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers / clients
🔹 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Meet hiring targets within deadlines
🔹 Maintain daily trackers, reports, and follow-up status
🔹 Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools for efficient sourcing
💡 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers OR candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience
✅ Experienced candidates must have exposure to US IT Staffing
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, ATS (preferred)
✅ Self-motivated, energetic & eager to learn
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
