💼 Role & Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-end US IT recruitment (sourcing → screening → closure)
🔹 Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri & referrals
🔹 Initial candidate communication & basic technical screening
🔹 Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
🔹 Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
🔹 Meet hiring targets within timelines
💡 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers OR candidates with 1–3 years of recruitment experience
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Naukri, ATS (preferred)
✅ Self-motivated, energetic & eager to learn
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
