Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter based in Nagercoil. The Technical Recruiter will oversee all phases of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for specialized technical and IT roles. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs, maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and identifying talent for IT and technical roles
- Skilled in Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members
- Ability to manage multiple accounts with a detail-oriented and organized approach
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in IT staffing or recruitment is highly advantageous
