🔹 Responsibilities:
End-to-end IT recruitment for USA, Canada, and LATAM markets
Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT roles
Handling W2, C2C, and Full-Time positions
Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely submissions
Working closely with account managers and clients for quick closures
🔹 Requirements:
Prior experience in US/Canada/LATAM IT staffing
Strong understanding of IT roles, staffing models, and technologies
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work night shifts
