ShimentoX is looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring for the US market. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing W2 consultants while working in the PST time zone.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)
Work exclusively on W2 requirements (USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD)
Handle Direct Client & Implementation Partner requirements
Strong Boolean sourcing on Dice, LinkedIn, Monster & ATS
Conduct technical & communication screening of candidates
Negotiate W2 pay rates and handle offer discussions
Coordinate interviews across PST time zone
Maintain submission trackers, ATS updates & recruiter MIS
Achieve daily/weekly submission and closure targets
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of US IT Recruitment experience (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in W2 hiring (Mandatory)
Solid understanding of US work authorizations & tax terms
Experience handling direct clients preferred
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Comfortable working in US(PST) shift
