Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Technical Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment, identifying and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process to align with the company’s strategic goals. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and deploying effective strategies to attract skilled professionals in the technology sector.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and recruitment-specific sourcing methods
- Strong Recruiting and Communication skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members
- Solid understanding of the technology industry and related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous recruitment experience in the IT or technology sector is a strong plus
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
