Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled at finding qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other job portals and have a good understanding of the US IT recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and candidate headhunting.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced candidate search techniques.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
- Understanding of US IT job markets, technical skills, and job descriptions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Knowledge of US time zones and willingness to work US business hours, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for US staffing companies or consulting firms.
- Familiarity with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience with ATS and candidate pipeline management.
- Ability to identify both active and passive candidates.
Performance Expectations
- Consistent candidate sourcing and qualified submissions.
- Strong response rates from LinkedIn outreach.
- Timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Achievement of recruitment KPIs and placement targets.
