Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals to meet the company’s technical staffing needs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IT roles, recruitment processes, and sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on skills and experience.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and technical pre-screening.
• Schedule interviews with technical teams and hiring managers.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate database and ATS records.
• Negotiate salary and finalize job offers with candidates.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future IT roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).
• Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
• Experience working with contract, permanent hiring .
