About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in handling W2 requisitions.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Job Diva and Bullhorn and working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) like Beeline and Fieldglass. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys engaging with candidates and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT and Engineering roles (e.g., .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Embedded Software engineer, etc.)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for W2 positions, ensuring compliance and quality throughout the process.
- Utilize ATS platforms like Job Diva and Bullhorn to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver top talent.
- Submit candidates through VMS platforms such as Beeline and Fieldglass, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit, both technically and culturally.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence to proactively source niche talent.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically for W2 roles.
- Proficiency in Job Diva, Bullhorn, and VMS tools like Beeline and Fieldglass.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, especially Java and related tech stacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extroverted personality with a passion for networking and relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with MSPs and large enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with US employment laws and compliance for W2 hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree
