We are hiring for a Technical Recruiter role with one of our clients in Gurgaon.
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end technical recruitment across roles and levels
- Partner with hiring managers and drive strong stakeholder management
- Build quality talent pipelines and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate interview processes and deliver a seamless candidate experience
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in technical hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to hiring in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hybrid work culture
