Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, screening, and hiring technical talent. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify technical staffing needs, building candidate pipelines, and maintaining strong candidate relationships to ensure a seamless hiring process. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with industry trends and effectively communicating opportunities to potential candidates.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
- Create and manage effective job postings across platforms in the US and India
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate profiles
- Build strong internal and external relationships to improve hiring efficiency
Process & System Implementation
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of HRMS and ATS platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate data, reports, and hiring metrics within systems
- Identify gaps in recruitment processes and suggest improvements
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices
Key Skills & Requirements
- Flexible working in US time shift
- Strong understanding of technical roles (IT, software development, AI/ML preferred)
- Proven experience of 2-3 years in end-to-end recruitment
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
