Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify technical staffing needs, building candidate pipelines, and maintaining strong candidate relationships to ensure a seamless hiring process. The role also involves keeping up-to-date with industry trends and effectively communicating opportunities to potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and identifying talent for specialized technical roles
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with candidates and US stakeholders
- Ability to assess candidates' skills and match them to client requirements
- Min 2 years experience in the technical hiring and familiarity with technical roles and terminologies is a must
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Flexible to work as per US time shift
