Prismagic Solutions is looking for passionate and driven Technical Recruiters to join our growing US Staffing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT staffing requirements
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand technical requirements
- Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for niche IT skill sets
- Ensure timely submissions and excellent stakeholder communication
Required Skills:
- 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing Recruitment
- Strong understanding of US Staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle
- Experience working on W2, and Full-time requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
