Role Overview
As a UK & Europe Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent across international markets. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in global recruitment, talent acquisition, and international business exposure.
You will work directly with experienced recruiters and hiring managers across the UK and Europe, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Understand client requirements from UK & Europe markets
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring cycle
- Learn and apply international recruitment standards and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with international clients
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Understand job requirements and match candidates effectively
- Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems (ATS/CRM)
- Develop professional communication with global candidates
Who Should Apply
- Fresh graduates (any degree) or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or International Business
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
- Basic understanding of MS Office & internet research
- Energetic, goal-driven, and willing to work in UK shift (1 PM – 10 PM)
