Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our team as Technical Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the US Staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willing to work in the night shift.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
