Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, employing sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent, and maintaining a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The recruiter will also ensure recruitment efforts align with the organization’s growth objectives and help build a strong talent pipeline for the company’s technical needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in specialized Technical Recruiting practices and understanding of technical roles and responsibilities
- Strong Recruiting and Communication skills for candidate engagement and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to craft sourcing strategies for talent acquisition in competitive technical domains
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple job requisitions
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in the hiring process
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
