Role Description
New Horizons Cybersoft Ltd is seeking a Technical Recruiter with 1-2 yrs experience for a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and hiring the best technical talent to meet organizational needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring an efficient and professional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and recruiting methods for technical roles
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and internal team members
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience working in a technical or IT-related recruitment environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
