Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (IT/Non-IT).
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn), social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and evaluate candidates’ fit for the position.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the entire interview process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Create and post job descriptions on different job boards.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
