Job Summary:
Lorven Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2+ years of proven expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups with selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open requirements simultaneously.
