Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter (Technical Hiring) with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent across multiple domains. The recruiter will own the process from sourcing to offer release, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while meeting business hiring goals.
Over time, based on performance, the recruiter will also be given exposure to other HR processes (such as onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations), providing opportunities for career growth within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking
- Build pipelines for technical roles (e.g., Java Developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, etc.)
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical and cultural fit.
Interview & Selection Management:
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Collect structured feedback and manage candidate progress in recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely communication to all stakeholders.
Offer & Onboarding Coordination:
- Manage salary discussions in alignment with HR/Compensation guidelines
- Release offers and ensure smooth pre-joining engagement with candidates.
- Support onboarding activities in coordination with the HR team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide recruitment updates and insights to leadership.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs.
Job Location & Schedule:
- This job is an onsite job at Logile Bhubaneswar Office.
- It is expected that the selected candidate will be available to work flexible hours to support recruitment needs.
