Experience: 1 - 5 Years
Work Timing: 7PM to 4 AM IST

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles in SAP, Oracle, Java, .NET, Python, and more.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback with clients and candidates.
Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and project stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements:
1+ Years of experience into Staffing Industry
Good Sourcing and screening candidates from DICE, Monster, LinkedIn
Expertise working on C2C and W2 requirements.
Worked on core IT requirements and understanding of technology stack.
