Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Coimbatore. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities include identifying and attracting technical talent, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, and building a strong talent pipeline. The recruiter will also ensure seamless communication with candidates while fostering a positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting
- Proficiency in recruiting techniques, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
- Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal relationship management
- Ability to build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Preferred qualifications include familiarity with IT and engineering domains, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
