We are looking for a sharp, aggressive, and highly skilled IT Recruiter with excellent English communication, strong recruiting instincts, and the ability to identify top-quality IT talent quickly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for recruiters who are confident working in a fast-paced US staffing environment and know how to deliver quality submissions instead of mass profiles.

- Technical Recruiting Expertise
- Strong understanding of US IT Staffing processes
- US Visas and Work Authorisations
Experience recruiting for technologies such as:
- Java
- .NET
- Cloud/AWS/Azure/GCP
- DevOps
- Data Engineering
- SAP
- QA/SDET
- Cybersecurity
- AI/ML
- Ability to quickly evaluate candidate quality and technical fit
Tools & Sourcing Skills
Hands-on experience with:
-CEIPAL
-Dice
-Monster
-LinkedIn Recruiter
-JobDiva or similar ATS platforms
-Boolean search techniques
-Advanced internet sourcing methods
-AI & Productivity Skills
-Strong understanding of AI recruiting tools and automation
-Ability to use AI for:
-Candidate sourcing
-Resume screening
-Outreach personalization
-Productivity improvement
-Market research
-Candidate Quality Expectations
We are specifically looking for recruiters who can:
-Find technically strong and genuinely qualified candidates
-Screen candidates beyond keyword matching
-Identify fake profiles and inconsistencies
-Validate communication, stability, and technical depth
-Maintain high submission-to-interview ratios

-Source and recruit high-quality IT professionals for US clients
-Perform detailed candidate screening and validation
-Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
-Negotiate rates, availability, and joining timelines
-Maintain strong candidate relationships and engagement
-Deliver fast turnaround without compromising profile quality

-Prior experience in US IT Staffing
-Experience working with prime vendors/direct clients
-Strong understanding of visa classifications and compliance
-Proven track record of successful placements
