Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will handle full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a talent pipeline. The recruiter will ensure a seamless hiring process while fostering excellent communication and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end hiring processes
- Proficiency in Technical Recruiting, including sourcing and assessing technical talent
- Strong Recruiting and candidate engagement skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in IT staffing or recruiting for technical roles is highly advantageous
