Role Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Technical Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in hiring across major and niche technology domains. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand client/project requirements and translate into hiring strategies
Source candidates using:
- Job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Social media & networking
- Internal database & referrals
- Screen candidates via technical and behavioral assessments
- Coordinate interviews with internal teams/clients
- Manage offer negotiation & candidate engagement
- Maintain strong pipeline for critical & urgent positions
- Ensure timely closures with quality candidates
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, pipeline, etc.)

.NET, Java, Python, PHP (Laravel) MERN / MEAN Stack React.js, Angular
Mobile (React Native, Flutter, Android/iOS)
DevOps (AWS, Azure, CI/CD)
QA/Testing (Manual + Automation)
Niche / Advanced Skills
- AI/ML, Data Science
- Cloud Architecture & Solution Architects
- Cybersecurity
- Big Data (Hadoop, Spark)
- Powerbuilder, Sybase, SAP HANA
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of technical roles & IT skillsets
- Excellent sourcing & headhunting skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Boolean search
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Experience in client handling / stakeholder management is a plus
Qualifications
• B.Tech / MBA HR preferred
• 3+ years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
