We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Technical Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our growing team!
🔹 What we are looking for:
• Experience in handling high-volume hiring requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and AI recruiting tools
• Strong sourcing skills through LinkedIn, Naukri, and Boolean search
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions efficiently
• Passion for recruitment and learning new hiring strategies
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• IT/Technical hiring exposure
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Smart sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
