Job Title – Technical Recruiter

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with 1 yr to 2 yrs of experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing skills, and the ability to close technical positions within defined timelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple client requirements.
- Understand client hiring needs and source suitable candidates within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups to ensure successful closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality delivery and an excellent candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases with accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) – Mandatory.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience in hiring for technical roles across various technologies.
- Good understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and technical terminology.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, React, Angular, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, Business Analysis, and Full Stack Development.
- Knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
