🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter (Executive Level)
📍 Location: Gurugram
🕒 Experience: 6 months+
We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. If you have a keen eye for talent and enjoy connecting with people, this role is for you!
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers
- Build strong candidate pipelines
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
- Understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
