Job Summary
We are looking for a BPO Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Customer Support roles. The candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, and coordinating interviews. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Customer Service / Voice & Non-Voice roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle bulk hiring and walk-in drives for BPO positions.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status.
- Ensure smooth offer rollout and candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
- Experience in BPO / Call Center hiring.
- Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume / bulk hiring.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in voice process / international process hiring.
- Exposure to ATS or recruitment tracking tools.
- Experience handling walk-in drives and campus hiring.
