Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Bangalore. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality technical talent. Responsibilities include understanding hiring requirements, creating recruitment strategies, engaging with top tech professionals, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational talent acquisition needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting processes
- Proficiency in Hiring and general Recruiting methods to build strong candidate pipelines
- Effective Communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to assess technical talent and align them with organizational goals
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple hiring processes
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and AI-driven hiring tools is a plus
- Prior experience in hiring for technology, product, engineering, or GCC-related roles is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
