We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter (1–2 Years Experience)
Sector 68, Noida | Shift: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
At HIC Global Solutions, we’re looking for someone who understands that recruitment is not just about filling roles—it’s about finding the right talent that drives business forward.
What you’ll actually be doing:
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, Naukri, and other channels
• Screening profiles based on technical skills, experience & client requirements
• Connecting with candidates to assess communication, intent, and fit
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Following up consistently to maintain engagement throughout the hiring cycle
• Working closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs
• Maintaining and updating candidate data in ATS/trackers
What we’re looking for:
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Hiring/Non-IT
• Good understanding of IT roles & technologies
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong screening & communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
