Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter
Job Description:
Haparz is looking for a highly motivated IT Technical Recruiter with strong experience sourcing talent in niche IT technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiting, Networking, and Sourcing specialized technology professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and identify high-quality candidates across niche and specialized IT technologies.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and networking strategies to attract and engage top technical talent.
• Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, and role fit.
• Build strong pipelines for hard-to-find technology skill sets.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an IT Technical Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of niche technologies such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), and similar specialized platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn recruiting, sourcing, and networking.
• Ability to identify and engage talent for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred:
• Experience recruiting for enterprise platforms, digital commerce, or specialized IT ecosystems.
• Strong professional network within niche technology communities.
