The Technical Recruiter will also stay updated with industry trends to attract top talent effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Experience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technology-focused roles.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for candidate engagement and internal collaboration.
- Understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the tech industry or familiarity with software development roles is highly advantageous.
