Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be the bridge between top-tier tech talent and our hiring managers. If you have a passion for IT recruitment, a knack for documentation, and the ability to manage high-volume hiring, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various IT and technical roles (MERN, Python, QA, etc.).
- Bulk Hiring: Efficiently handle high-volume recruitment drives to meet organizational growth targets.
- Sourcing: Proactively find candidates using LinkedIn, Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed), and social media.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling technical and HR interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager.
- Documentation: Handle all recruitment-related documentation, including offer letters, candidate data entry, and background verification support.
- Reporting: Maintain updated candidate databases and generate weekly recruitment progress reports.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.
- IT Domain Knowledge: Mandatory experience in IT recruitment and a basic understanding of tech stacks.
- Execution: Proven ability to handle bulk hiring and high-pressure deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job portal filters.
