Job Description:

We are seeking a Domestic IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for FTE and C2H roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing and screening candidates using Naukri and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for FTE and C2H positions
• Source candidates mainly through Naukri and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
• Manage offer negotiation and closure
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports

Required Skills:

• Experience in Domestic IT recruitment
• Good understanding of FTE and C2H hiring models
• Strong sourcing skills on Naukri and LinkedIn
• Good communication and coordination skills

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently and manage multiple requirements efficiently.
