Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating hiring processes. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
- Experience in managing Hiring processes and conducting effective Interviewing
- Strong ability to contribute to and enhance Employer Branding efforts
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
