About The Role
Your Role Reporting into the Business Manager or Senior Business Manager, you will assist in driving best practice across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.
The key focus for the Recruitment Relationship Manager is to lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. The Recruitment Relationship Manager will work collaboratively with and provide direction to the Candidate Relationship Specialists and Recruitment Administrators (RA) located in our offshore recruitment delivery centers.
Your Responsibilities, Impact & Contribution
- Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing (Technical Recruiter).
- Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
- Communicating recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
- Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
- Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the Candidate Relationship Specialists and Recruitment Administrators located in the Recruitment Delivery Center.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activity of designated business areas for accurate volume forecasting.
- Coaching candidates on how to prepare for selection stages.
- Providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.
- Utilizing specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified Talent Pools in collaboration with the Candidate Relationship Specialists.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 – 8 years of Recruitment Experience, specifically in core IT roles.
- Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
- Proven experience conducting behavioral-based interviews across a variety of roles.
- Successful track record managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute recruitment activities focusing on direct sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, legislation, and client-specific guidelines to meet KPIs.
- Serve as a strategic partner and Talent Advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and recruitment best practices.
- Identify potential risks or compliance issues early and escalate as appropriate to mitigate impact.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all recruitment activities and candidate data in line with legal and client requirements.
- Offer guidance and training to Candidate Relationship Specialists and Recruitment Administrators in offshore centers to ensure consistent delivery of recruitment services.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and activity data to forecast hiring needs and improve sourcing strategies.
- Coach candidates on interview preparation and selection processes to enhance their chances of success.
- Provide timely, transparent, and constructive feedback to candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and manage Talent Pools, leveraging market intelligence to build a qualified pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
