Job Summary

Eximietas Design is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ IT Recruiter with strong experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels for scheduling interviews.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT domain hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals.
• Good understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in IT services or product-based company hiring.
• Candidates who can join immediately.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
