Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Technical Recruiter. The role involves managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified technical talent to meet organizational needs. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers, identify potential candidates, and develop recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. The position requires building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
- Strong knowledge of Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain a network of technical professionals
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
