Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top tech talent while working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet business hiring goals.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical roles, sourcing strategies, and recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer closure)
- Handle hiring for technical roles such as Developers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, etc.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
3. Screening & Evaluation
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
- Evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit
4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Provide regular updates on hiring status and pipeline
- Ensure alignment on candidate quality and expectations
5. Candidate Experience
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Manage communication throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
6. Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and dashboards
- Track key metrics like TAT, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing efficiency
- Improve hiring processes and reduce turnaround time

Experience & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Experience hiring for IT/tech roles is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience in startup/EdTech environments is a plus
